Care communication platform Hayylo will roll out its technology to BaptistCare home care services using its integration with AlayaCare’s home care software, before a potential roll out to BaptistCare’s residential facilities.

Hayylo is a customer service platform purpose-built for the care sector that enables teams to stay on top of demands across community care. It contains a central dashboard that allows for communication across teams, clients and families, along with community and worker apps, SMS chat functionality, voice and bulk messaging.

It is integrated with other care management platform such as Telstra Health, Civica and Lumary.

BaptistCare, which operates in NSW, the ACT and WA, will roll out Hayylo initially in its home care services, with a view to then expand into aged care homes, retirement living villages, community housing locations and other services.

Hayylo’s platform will initially be integrated with AlayaCare across BaptistCare’s home care communities. Hayylo and AlayaCare offer a similar integration to home care service providers such as Southern Cross Care Tasmania.

BaptistCare at home general manager Sarah Newman said the organisation wants to make it as easy as possible for clients and family members to access all the information about the services they are receiving and request changes simply and easily.

Hayylo has also worked with Anglicare Southern Queensland to roll out its client engagement app following a pilot in the Brisbane South region. Anglicare Southern Queensland has now committed to expanding the app to all of its home and community clients across Queensland.
