Ngala Community Services has commenced the implementation of CareRight, a Clinical Case Management solution from Clintel Systems, to enhance digital health resources and improve support for parents, families and communities across Western Australia.

Ngala CFO Julia Hannan said: “As part of our ongoing strategic priority to expand service delivery and support more Western Australians, Ngala is proud to announce the implementation of a contemporary, unified and client-focused Client Management System.

This new system will enable seamless integration across services and streamline operations, ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality support to families and communities,” she said.

Supported by local funding from Lotterywest it represents a major step in Ngala’s digital transformation strategy

Ngala has provided parenting, child health and community services across WA for more than 130 years.  Currently, these services are often managed separately, with information collected on paper or in siloed bespoke systems.

Through CareRight, Ngala will establish a single, integrated digital platform that enables a holistic view of each family’s journey, across programs and services.

Phase One of the project introduces Ngala’s Parenting Line into CareRight, integrated with demographic data, call back requests, and event summaries, alongside Power BI reporting and an integration-ready environment. Later phases will expand to residential services, clinical community programs, and wider community education and support. Ngala have engaged Perth based technology consultancy Interfuze to lead the delivery of the transformation.  Principle Consultant Nicole Jahn says “We are thrilled to be working with the fantastic team at CareRight to deliver a modern platform to support the Ngala team to deliver exceptional client centred care”.

Clintel Systems Director of Sales Tim Macdonald said: “We are proud to be working alongside Ngala to deliver another modern clinical case management solution through CareRight. By streamlining information and creating a single source of truth, this project ensures Ngala can continue its legacy of care with the digital tools needed to thrive in the future.”
