Auckland region primary health organisation ProCare has signed an interoperability agreement with GP software vendor Medtech Global as part of Medtech’s FHIR-led integration program.

The agreement will see ProCare integrate its ProFusion product with Medtech’s new Application Layer Exchange (ALEX) platform, which uses Microsoft’s Azure FHIR software to enable secure integration and interoperability with patient management systems.
