This webinar explores why measuring the costs of implementation strategies is critical for demonstrating impact, securing funding, and supporting scale-up. We’ll examine how implementation strategies influence both implementation and clinical outcomes, and why economic thinking should be embedded from the outset. Participants will be exposed to implementation costing using the tool Cost-IS as well as practical approaches to research design and impact planning. Participants will gain an understanding of the full value of their implementation work.
