Join us for a free, in-person MacCS early-evening session. This event will feature Prof Sue Walker providing practical insights .

Join us at this free in-person event delivered by the MacCS (Melbourne academic centre Clinician Scientists) Network. This interactive event will feature Prof Sue Walker providing practical insights from her career, plus discussion on managing upwards and working laterally with clinical colleagues. The session will conclude with open discussion, followed by networking and light refreshments.

The MacCS Network, a Melbourne Academic Centre for Health (MACH) initiative, is a peer-run network supporting early to mid-career clinician scientists in their pursuit of excellence in both research and clinical practice.

Who should attend?

Medical specialists who have recently completed a PhD, or are just about to, and aspire to become independent clinician scientists combining cutting-edge research with specialist medical practice.
