Join the ACHSM QLD Branch to participate in an intensive collaborative working session addressing these pressing challenges.

Through facilitated working groups, attendees will collaborate on bottlenecks from front door to discharge, examining facility-specific and systemic issues across emergency department flow, inpatient coordination, and discharge transitions. The aim of this hands-on session is to enable healthcare leaders to design practical, implementable solutions adaptable statewide whilst building peer networks.
