UK telehealth provider Doctor Care Anywhere lists on ASX, raising $102m

UK-based telehealth company Doctor Care Anywhere has listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) and raised $A102 million in its initial public offering (IPO), joining a number of telehealth providers that have come to prominence in the COVID-19 pandemic.

The company, which has contracts with several large private health insurers and a private hospital group in the UK, listed at 80c a share with a market capitalisation of $254.8m. It is currently trading at $1.39, with a market capitalisation of almost $443m.
