Philips Healthcare has won a contract worth $7.5 million over four and a half years to roll out a statewide system for patient reported experience measures (PREMs) and patient reported outcome measures (PROMs) in Queensland.
Queensland Health went to market last year for the system with a request for a cloud-based solution that can collect and report PREMs and PROMs in real time.
