My Emergency Doctor buys GP2U as UK owner retreats from Australian market

Australian telemedicine provider My Emergency Doctor has bought Hobart-based GP2U Telehealth for $3 million, taking it off the hands of struggling ASX-listed, UK-headquartered Doctor Care Anywhere, which bought GP2U for $11m less than two years ago.
