US-based enterprise information platform vendor Hyland has signed up 10 Australian hospitals for its OnBase by Hyland enterprise content management system for health records.

While it has been working behind the scenes here for a couple of years, the company has announced that OnBase has now gone live at Mater Hospital in Brisbane, is integrated into Melbourne Health's new clinical viewer and is also being used for scanning functions and integrated with the Epic system that went live six months ago at Melbourne's Royal Children's Hospital.
