The Health Informatics Society of Australia (HISA) has partnered with the Texas Medical Center (TMC), a 57-organisation strong “medical city” in Houston, to create a health technology start-up program where emerging technologies can be developed and accelerated to advance patient care.

Called the BioBridge, the program will see Australian companies given access to TMC’s Innovation Institute and TMCx, a life sciences business accelerator.
