Find a Carer has announced its acquisition of Clickability – Australia’s largest National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider directory.
Find a Carer said the acquisition, effective from June 1, marked a “major step forward” in simplifying how Australians access and coordinate care.
Find a Carer is run by Uniting NSW.ACT, and its director of seniors services – and Find a Carer board member – Saviour Buhagiar said the acquisition showed Find a Carer was “committed to deepening its social impact through inclusive, accessible, and forward-thinking technology.”

“This latest acquisition of Clickability will position the platform to play an even more central role in aged care and disability support, bringing together human connection and digital innovation to better serve those who need it most,” Mr Buhagiar said.
“Bringing Clickability under our partnership umbrella underscores our ongoing focus on leveraging cutting-edge technology to improve the care experience for our clients and will have a significant impact across the industry over time, fostering a more inclusive and technologically advanced landscape for aged and disability care in Australia.”
With the integration of Clickability’s directory – featuring almost 5,000 healthcare providers – and having assisted more than 200,000 people to navigate the NDIS, Find A Carer said the platform was a “powerful, unified resource for participants, families, support coordinators, and providers alike.”
“Clickability is the go-to website for participants to find their perfect disability support service, connecting NDIS participants and their families with rated and reviewed disability service providers across more than 60+ categories including Occupational Therapy, Support Coordination, Plan Management, Gardening, Psychology, Physiotherapy and many more.
“Previously operated by social impact technology group InLoop, Clickability has long served as a trusted resource for NDIS participants, plan managers, and healthcare providers across Australia. Clickability has become one of the most effective and reliable directories in the disability support landscape.
Find a Carer chief growth officer Leola Small said that since its inception in 2010, the service had evolved to become a “beacon of innovation and technology in connecting carers with those in need.”
“Our transformative journey has reshaped our approach to empowering the ageing and individuals with disabilities in our community,” Ms Small said.
“At Find a Carer, we’re not just an online marketplace; we connect people and communities. Our passion lies in fighting isolation and forging strong, supportive connections. Our platform ensures seamless matches between people with care needs and top-tier local supports, guided by our in-depth knowledge of the NDIS system and health conditions.
“We believe that everyone deserves simple, dignified access to care. This acquisition brings us closer to that goal by expanding what’s possible for the communities we serve.”
