CSIRO licenses out Smarter Safer Homes technology for in-home aged care

The CSIRO has signed a licensing agreement with ASX-listed aged care technology provider HSC Technology Group to integrate its Smarter Safer Homes sensor-based in-home monitoring system with HSC's platform.

The technology has been developed by CSIRO's Australian e-Health Research Centre (AeHRC) and has been tested in a number of pilots since 2013, including one on Queensland's Sunshine Coast.
