Telstra Health has brought together its market-leading brands iCareHealth and HealthConnex to form a dedicated aged, disability and community care business unit under the leadership of iCareHealth MD Chris Gray.

The new unit will offer a full range of software products and services for small and large providers working in residential aged care, community care and disability care under the single banner of Telstra Health, building a modular platform that is able to harness the best functionality from each product and offer clients a one-stop shop for their clinical and management software needs.
