The Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA) has acquired digital health services directory and appointment booking system vendor Whitecoat and will bring the company into its business banking arm.

CBA and Whitecoat have worked together since 2018 on the CommBank Health Claim service, which facilitates payments, claims and bookings along with real-time settlement, reporting and reconciliation capabilities.
