Duncan McIntyre serves as First Assistant Secretary of the Medicare Benefits and Digital Health Division at the Australian Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. A highly regarded digital health leader, Richard brings more than 20 years of experience delivering technology-enabled transformation across the healthcare sector. With a clinical foundation in pharmacy and extensive expertise in information and communications technology, he has successfully led large-scale digital initiatives in both public and private healthcare organisations.
Prior to joining eHealth NSW, Richard served as National Director of Digital Health at Calvary Health Care, where he led strategic digital transformation programs across the organisation.
