Pen CS adds MGT care plan app to Topbar for chronic disease management

Pen CS has made the MyGPMPtool (MGT) available in its Topbar clinical decision support platform to help healthcare providers create chronic disease management care plans and health assessments more easily.

MGT is a browser-based tool that is also available as a standalone app, but using Topbar’s API allows it to integrate with GP practice management systems Best Practice and MedicalDirector.
