Patient administration and billing solution vendor Direct CONTROL (DC) has added an electronic medical record to its product suite and has recently expanded its reach into the South Pacific, rolling out to several practices including a Nadi-based medical centre and integrating with the Fiji Revenue & Customs Service point of sale system.

Direct CONTROL is also currently gearing up to connect to the My Health Record and recently successfully completed conformance testing under the Australian Digital Health Agency's secure messaging interoperability program.
