US firms Epic and InterSystems, which are currently battling it out to be named as the preferred vendor for the Northern Territory's core clinical systems renewal project, have taken out the top spots for hospital EMRs in US research firm KLAS's Best in KLAS software and services report.
As reported by Healthcare IT News, Epic was named as best overall software suite for the seventh year in a row, and also took out the Best in KLAS titles for the US acute care EMR market and best ambulatory care EMR for medium and large practices.
